Please attend promptly for your appointment time as this helps us to keep on time for other clients - we always try to keep to allocated times - if you are kept waiting there is usually a good reason, please be patient.

If you are not able to attend an appointment please try to give as much notice as possible at least 24 hours notice - this will allow other patients to be fitted in. There may be a charge for appointments broken without this notice.

Treatment at home is available to patients unable to attend clinic and approximate appointment times are given.

It is not always necessary to have a medical referral to attend the clinic. Since qualifying I have experience in working in a variety of sites and with a range of conditions affecting the feet, however in some cases it may be necessary to refer patients to colleagues who have special skills in certain types of treatment, for example - orthotics or podiatric surgery.

The treatment premises provide facilities which are suitable for wheelchair users.
